I offer a sensitive and thoughtful approach to psychotherapy. I am passionate about making therapy effective and have over ten years experience and continual learning. I work collaboratively to help you find new ways of coping and to improve your emotional and psychological wellbeing.

It is now established that early childhood experiences impact us in adulthood. They shape how we feel about ourselves, how we relate to others, and can influence our emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing in adulthood. Fortunately, we also know that the brain has a ‘neuroplasticity’, which means we are capable of change throughout our lifespan.

I offer Internal Family Systems informed therapy and integrate attachment theory, Polyvagal theory, neurobiology, trauma theory, expressive arts therapies and mindfulness to meet your needs as they evolve.

I believe that we all have innate wisdom and a drive to grow and change, but sometimes we need a little help to get there.
