My work goes beyond the surface to help you deeply understand yourself, to uncover the underlying patterns that influence your life, to develop coping strategies that really work for you and to let go of feelings and beliefs that no longer serve you.
I’ve got to be honest and let you know that psychotherapy can feel uncomfortable, but I’m here to support you. I won’t sit in silence or leave you flooded by feelings - that didn’t work for me and I won’t do it to you. I can help you create space for clarity, even when things feel unclear or overwhelming. I’m not easily shocked or scared — I believe that every part of your experience is welcome and worth exploring, and I approach our work with compassionate curiosity.
